Abstract
We applied the spectral estimation technique to digital holography to demonstrate spectral estimation of object, whose spectral reflectance has been unknown. In this technique, we use three lasers operating at different wavelengths (red, green, and blue) to record the complex amplitude of the object, and three different reconstructed images are obtained by each wavelength. These three monochrome images are used to estimate the continuous spectrum reflectance information of the object by spectral estimation technique. The effectiveness of the digital holographic spectroscopy was confirmed by an experiment.
