Abstract :
The objective of this paper is to study the effect usability perspectives of banking service websites on the intention to use perspective. The questionnaire survey was conducted to ask university students who have experience on using internet but do not have experience on using internet banking website. They were asked to evaluate by randomly selecting a bank and a tasks. In the experiment, eight perspectives are reliability functionality, efficiency, ease of use, design, learn ability, satisfaction and security. Reliability, factor and regression analysis were conducted to find the effect between these eight on intention to use. Hypothesis on user´ hometown (Urban vs. Rural) toward intention to use is also studied.
