Abstract
Experimental dependencies of the mean breakdown field strength, found as the ratio of the breakdown potential difference to the distance between the electrodes, on the distance work deals with the option to explain the dependence by the effect between the electrodes exhibit a tendency to decrease. The present of the spatial self-charge of an electron beam and the emitter geometry.
