Abstract
This paper focuses on Air Force Rome Laboratory optoelectronic systems, devices, and components currently being developed to support Photonic Signal Processing and Optical Memory for Air Force Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence (C3I) Applications. The specific thrusts in opto-electronic integrated circuits, interconnects, networks, and memory, leading to near real time signal processing capability for surveillance, communications, intelligence, avionics and compact processors are described
