Educational Economics and Management is a new cross-discipline subject in China. Curriculum is the carrier to realize the goal of cultivating postgraduate education and it is the key to protect and improve the quality of education. This research discusses curriculum system construction of the master of Educational Economics and Management, following the “status quo analysis-found problem-to solve the problem,” the logic of ideas, through the following three parts. The first part of the body is the description on the current status of the master of Educational Economics and Management curriculum program. The second section points out that there are three aspects of the problem in the current master of Educational Economics and Management curriculum program. First, training goal is not clear. Second, for the lack of flexibility of the curriculum structure, students can not meet the required personalization. The third part is the construction of the content of the curriculum. The author research major curriculum of Educational Economics and Management from the perspective of cross-disciplines and points out three kinds of training modes according to the characteristics of the different educational institutions.
