Abstract :
We present a high-directivity photonic emitter with a high-gain antenna and a waveguide-output photodiode module. The photodiode module is integrated with UTC-PDs and HEMT amplifiers. A wireless link with the emitter achieved 10-Gbit/s data transmission.
