Abstract
Class E RF power amplifiers offer very high efficiency with relatively few components. Component values used in class E circuit design are directly dependent upon the selection of duty cycle. This paper presents an analysis of the effect of duty cycle on power loss in each of the components and total efficiency, and includes experimental results
