Abstract
This work describes the method of quality evaluation of cargo transportation based on the complex system of interrelated and interactive management components. The quality of the transportation service of the enterprises mostly depends on the conformity of the vehicles design to its operation conditions, nature of the transportation process, and convenience of loading and unloading works execution. The main and important direction of fundamental improvement of the quality of the transportation services of customers is the development, implementation and operation of the complex system of quality management of goods transportation. Analysis of transportation results allows to draw a conclusion: 1) vehicles performance indexes significantly depend on stochastic parameters of route environment; 2) discipline of driver´s work on a route highly influence on vehicle performance It was found out that evaluation of transportation of goods depend on various random factors of regularity of traffic and velocity of service. Easy solution is provided with the use of the Matlab software tools, filters, included for input and output.
