Abstract
The modern learning environment is subject to numerous forces that affect teaching strategies. The desire for standards based curricular reform, student centered instructional methodologies, and formative assessment strategies are designed to optimize learning at a time when technology access provides accelerated access to personalized learning and student engagement. This presentation will share findings from a synthesis of research and evaluation of 21st-Century skills collected over ten years on effective integration of technology for teaching and learning resulting from the Intel education initiatives.
