  • Abstract
We report fabrication and characterization of the nonreciprocal semiconductor bistable laser diodes. The devices exhibited bistable laser oscillations which were modulated by magnetization reversal. Magnetically controllable bistability is useful to realize reconfigurable optical flip-flop memories.
