Abstract :
The demand for the Electrical energy is increasing with the advancement of technology. To reach the energy demand requirements the efficiency of the systems must be increased. This can be done by increasing the gain of the converter. This project proposes a dc-dc system with a very high conversion ratio. The proposed topology presents a soft switching (ZVS) boost converted integrated in such a way that maximum energy extraction from the Photo Voltaic cells, battery charging and discharging dynamic control, high voltage step up can be obtained in a single stage conversion. The proposed converter is simulated in the MATLAB/SIMULINK environment. Theoretical analysis, operation of the topology are presented and studied.
