Abstract :
Wavelength tunable lasers operating at NIR wavelength is demonstrated by incorporating polymer waveguide Bragg reflectors. The external feedback laser Bragg grating exhibits single mode lasing. The wavelength tuning over 21 nm is demonstrated.
