Abstract
With the development of production technologies in iron and steel enterprises, integrated production technology comes into use for steelmaking and continuous casting as well as hot rolling. It is important to establish an integrated production planning and scheduling system to improve the productivity. In the paper, based on integrated management, planning models including steelmaking, continuous casting and rolling are presented. The planning models serve as the basis for the establishment of a charge-slabs-rolling unit batch planning model which finally leads to an integrated scheduling. The solution of the integrated scheduling is introduced in the end.
