Abstract :
The paper discusses the features of secondary circuit in 110 kV Fucun digital substation and the debugging technique of relay protection. A test scheme of relay protection for integration and transfer time of communication network is put forward. According to the scheme, the test of transformer protection has been successful. In addition, some personal advices are introduced in the end.
