Abstract :
This paper presents a totally new kind of pump, called KZB pump, which has highly efficiency in self-cooling. Compared with other type of pumps, it has a great advance in self-cooling. The conclusions have been proved by several industrial experimental results. KZB pump, made according to the principles of double-end with oil axial piston pump, and its structure is one type of double-end with oil axial piston pump. In this paper, we adopt the method of dividing the sketch of KZB pump into small control volumes, and use the law of conservation of energy in the control volumes to establish differential equations of the oil temperature in different oil cavity of the double-end with oil piston pump. According to the equations we get, the regular of oil temperature, which change over time, can be obtained. Furthermore, quantitatively analysis will be used to analysis the cooling performances of the double-end with oil axial piston pump.
