  • Abstract
    Research in microelectronics is increasingly focusing on Ultra-Low Power (ULP) for emerging applications such as remote wireless sensor networks and medical electronics. In these applications, the goal is to operate from a battery or from energy “harvested” or “scavenged” from the environment. Achievement of this goal requires research in a number of areas.
