  • Abstract
This paper presents a method for range-speed imaging of moving targets. The approach is based on illuminating the target region with an FM-CW signal. The inversion in this imaging problem involves a partitioning of the echoed signals in the frequency domain followed by a transformation. The system model and inversion in this imaging method does not approximate a moving target´s Doppler shift to be a constant over the bandwidth of the transmitted signal and does not put any restrictions on the target´s range
