Abstract :
There are many cases showing that conventional pesticide residues in crops growing incidence, consumers gradually turn to accept the organic crops, and driven by the booming healthy retail chain stores. This study is based on example of an organic retail chain store, analysis of the concept of “trust” the object of study in the supply chain between suppliers or partners; furthermore, to explore the impact of core values - trust, Cooperation and Appreciation on innovation management model and the supply chain performance. Through literature review and expert questionnaire to identify the key performance indicators of the supply chain and compare with the performance; finally, the results of this study and analyzed, define their innovation management model for this healthy retail chain stores. Part of the expected results, make use of a healthy retail chain stores based on trust the dimensions of the four major competitive advantage: speed, quality, cost and flexibility, through expert questionnaires analyze the important questions and find out the key of dimensions, to strengthen and improve the supply chain processes, and make some conclusions to the healthy retail chain stores as a practical reference.
