Abstract :
The contribution rate of talent is the talent capital contribution rate to the economic growth. This paper use years of education to measure total talent capital, using c-d production function classification model of human capital, isolating the Changzhou´s contribution rate of human capital to the economic growth, drawing relevant conclusions.
