Abstract :
Border collision bifurcations have been given much attention in recent years. This paper demonstrates an alternative method of analyzing border collision bifurcation, using a method called symbolic analysis. It shows how symbolic analysis can be used to accurately predict the onset of a border collision bifurcation.
