On the step of application of increasingly advanced technologies on the existing power system network, the traditional power system has been realizing the intelligent innovation and forming the mode of the Smart Grid. The access of distributed energies, such as distributed generation(DG), distributed energy storage (DES), to the power system, demand response´s being introduced, changes the direction of the traditional power flow, enable the Interaction among customers, power companies and power generations. The implementation of bilateral trade, the introduction of competition, are gradually to alter the government-lead demand management model, improve demand-side-management marketing operation, achieve the goal of Government to promoting, market-based electricity market structure of smart grid in the future. In the case of electricity market for China, this paper will explore of the electricity market operating mode under the Smart Grid and give some valuable suggestions.
