Abstract :
The computer-assisted knowledge engineering (CAKE) system known as `Fish-CAKE´ is a graphical knowledge management system, which has been developed for use by industrial users. It can store and use the operator´s views on how to carry out tasks. Diagrams drawn up in quality groups can be read and implemented automatically via a `Fish-CAKE´ processor, which thus implements the methods. Fish-CAKE´s purpose is to enable industrial operators to state in advance their requirements for support in using IT based-systems-and have them implemented quickly and efficiently by agent software acting as an intelligent delegate
