  • Abstract
    Five current sensors were introducted in belt conveyor control system.Moreover,conventional double fuzzy control model was found to carry out two work mode, acceleration and deceleration.Based on it,self learning fuzzy model for belt conveyor was built to tackle with the two work mode.Through five inputs to determine the current belt conveyor speed at the same time, the direct torque control was applied to adjust speed,double fuzzy and frequency control model of belt conveyor system was established. It has been shown by field running that the control strategy can more accurately adjust the speed of belt conveyor under coal amount,and not only achieve energy-saving in normal operation,but also is effective to fulfill the function of acceleration and deceleration both safety and high efficiency.
