Abstract
It is well-known that, in the research on fuzzy differential equations, O. Kaleva´s (1987, 1990) work is important. In this paper, we develop his work in two directions: (1) the existence and uniqueness theorem for a solution to the Cauchy problem of fuzzy differential equations; and (2) the existence theorem under a compactness-type condition to the Cauchy problem of fuzzy differential equations
