Abstract
In interior construction, the dismantlable adhesion method applying an unique combination of thermoplastic adhesive and electromagnetic induction heating (IH) has been proposed. A thermoplastic adhesive coated to interior material or steel stud in construction is heated and melted by our developed portable IH device. The method can be easily and cleanly bonded and dismantled by applying IH. Developed practical IH device is very light and compact for handling. Therefore workers evaluate the simple operating and labor saving in field working In this paper, the practical IH devices and its heating characteristics are described.
