Abstract :
This paper describes in detail the equipment, the process, the configuration of the computer control system, the control strategy and the algorithm of gauge control system in experimental mill for hot flat rolling. Two-stage computer control system is used. They are respectively basic automation system and process control system. The process parameters, such as gap and plate thickness, can be accurately controlled by the automatic control system. Practical application shows that the system has the characteristics of reasonable structure, reliable performance, high control precision and perfect function.
