After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE\´s Publication Principles.

In this paper, "Technical Guideline for Delineating Source Water Protection Areas" (HJ/T338-2007) based on technical basis, focused on five pairs of Zhangjiakou city drinking water source protection areas for a regional breakdown, while the article section of the water function zones water quantity, water quality control, and the implementation of regional and focus the scope of protection of the overall consideration has been studied and put forward some suggestions.
