Abstract :
The concept of QNOC evolved from the market needs to improve the performance of businesses through the application of quality and efficient management techniques, production and planning, and effective marketing strategies. It was realised that businesses are seeking more effective integrated (QMS, OH&S, EMS...) management systems and tools rather than developing and following static conventional systems (Procedures, instructions, etc.). To cater to that need, QNOC was designed & developed to provide Businesses with more dynamic system solutions that provide the effectiveness and efficiencies sought and also ensure systems certifications to ISO and any other standard. The development of QNOC started in 2001 to come to completion in 2002. The development of the application required the creation of an artificial intelligence generator that is capable of writing the codes to reproduce the application. This innovative development tool enables us to release an improved bug-free application.
