Abstract
This paper presents an effective procedure to numerically simulate an extremely large array of antennas based on a plug-in procedure integrated with commercial codes. It allows one to build up his own procedure based on a simple computational engine provided by commercial codes. The simulation results are further validated by a realistic design of microstrip patch antennas. The comparisons with measurement results are performed and summarized.
