Facing with the dynamic and complex environment which is characterized by the globalization, information, marketization and complication, organizational capability is the source of enterprise to obtain a sustainable competitive advantage, and it becomes the key to success. In order to evaluate organizational capability comprehensively and systematically, in this paper we analysis the composition of enterprise organizational capability from the perspective of the organizational processes, and establish the evaluation index system of enterprise organizational capability from five aspects as follows: business process capability, management process capability, learning capability, change process capability and entrepreneurship. And then evaluate enterprise organizational capability by multilevel grey evaluation model.
