Abstract
Traditional effectiveness evaluation for arms is difficult to link with engineering test validation together, which could not truly reflect real operational effectiveness of firearms. Integrated operational effectiveness evaluation for firearms systems link the arms equipment, operational personnel and operational environment together, based on the idea of system engineering, comprehensive assessment of the operational effectiveness of the system. This article first in weapons equipment evaluation made by the person who shot-in-one concept, updated the firearms system man-machine environment integrated operational effectiveness evaluation of the concept and structure, develop a comprehensive operational effectiveness evaluation criteria, create and reorganizing the firearms systems man-machine environment integrated operational effectiveness indicators, as arms operational effectiveness of infantry weapons training methods innovation provides the theoretical basis.
