Abstract
Summary form only given. Experiments at MIT have shown gain in Ni-like Nb (αL~3 at 204 Å) and in H-like B (αL~4 at 262 Å) using ps 1 J pulses. We will report on gain experiments using pulse compression to achieve 15 ps pulses at 3 Joules
