Abstract :
This paper addresses the methodologies for the assessment of actual field results of distribution Integrated Voltage and Var Optimization, based on the introduced methods of assessment of the Load-To-Voltage dependencies and Conservation Voltage Reduction factors; of modeling the non-monitored loads and voltages; and of validation of these models.
