Abstract :
In this paper, we explain the issues in the current digitizing and servicizing economy, and how knowledge exploratory could contribute to providing innovation management to solve them. We also explain some of the actual research and education activities as an example of promoting knowledge exploratory. They are information literacy management, service innovation management, and the unbundling & rebundling model. We believe that this kind of systematic approach, having human beings located in the system, will have more meaningful implications for the new economy.
