Abstract :
The ramming system is a change load, change torque, speed rolling system. It is very difficult to its orientation. The PID is as important control method getting the widely application, because of its simpleness, availability. The paper introduces integral separation PID control arithmetic and not fully differential PID control arithmetic, comparing the effect from differ object error function, establishing the ITAE evaluate method. It is ensured not fully differential PID control arithmetic based on comparing the PID arithmetic, integral apart PID control arithmetic. Finally, the paper takes the ramming system as object, the modeling of the ramming system is built, the effect on differ parameter PID is discussed, and it is verified through the ramming system´s imitated.
