Abstract :
It is definitely comparable among universities which have different traits in effect. Although it is a complexity to make universities ranking, there is practicality in such kind of evaluation. This paper builds a model of comprehensive evaluation based on TOPSIS. By means of the model, the authors make an illustrational ranking of four universities in China according to the Teaching Evaluation System, which was proposed by the Ministry of Education of China.
