Abstract :
Market competition of the domestic mobile communications industry is increasingly fierce ,with more emphasis on customer centered perfect customer relationship management (CRM), data mining technology has been applied to telecommunications industry.This article applies Iterative Self-organizing Data Analysis Techniques Algorithm (ISODATA) in clustering analysis of the data mining and the telecommunications field, the results show the feasibility of the clustering algorithm.
