Abstract :
ECG signals are often used in detecting human heart rate and heart diseases. ECG signals may sometimes have time-varying biases and noises caused by the unpredictable sudden movements. In this paper, we propose an algorithm to adaptively measure the peak values of infant´s heart rate, using wavelet transform and radial basis functions
