Abstract
A finite horizon optimal control problem for a class of discrete time hybrid systems is formulated and solved. The cost to be minimized is a mixture of H2 and l∞ Criteria. New dynamics are introduced to transform the problem into the minimization problem of a purely l∞ cost. The transformed problem is solved using dynamic programming methods.
