Abstract :
Inter carrier interference (ICI) are widespread in the orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) communication systems. This paper mainly discusses two ICI self-cancellation algorithms, the data-conversion based ICI self-cancellation algorithm and the data-conjugate based ICI self-cancellation algorithm. The properties and the application environments are also given. Simulation results show that the performance of the data-conversion based ICI self-cancellation algorithm is superior to the data-conjugate based ICI self-cancellation algorithm in mobile environment, while the data-conjugate based ICI self-cancellation algorithm self-cancellation algorithm has better bit error rate performance than the data-conversion based ICI self-cancellation algorithm in small phase noise circumstance.
