Abstract :
In this paper a three-phase sliding mode controller for a shunt active power filter is presented; analysis, design, simulation and experimental results are included. The sliding mode controller proposed is a three phase controller that considers the overall system, and the loop to regulate the capacitor voltage is added to the sliding mode control strategy. The instantaneous reactive power theory is used to generate the references
