Abstract :
We investigate the performance of a two-way relay (TWR) assisted Free Space Optical (FSO) system over weak atmospheric turbulence channels. A dual-hop bi-directional relaying system which consists of three nodes is considered. Closed form expression for its outage performance is derived assuming a fixed-gain relay and considering decode-and-forward (DF) protocol. Additionally, we study its error performance by calculating the moment generating function (MGF).
