Abstract
This paper proposes a new ranking method based on the possibility distribution and the OWA operator. Subjective data processing is well known as an important approach to promote mutual understanding between customers and providers. In Kansei engineering, the conventional approaches mainly rely on the multivariable analysis models. In this paper, we use a descriptive approach what does not require a model, considering the vagueness on the subjective data. This approach can be also applied to the increasing subjective data.
