Abstract :
The computational reversal of time and the method of monochromatic field injection are discussed in the context of electromagnetic structure synthesis and the realization of material profiles using space- and time-discrete electromagnetic algorithms, notably the Transmission Line Matrix (TLM) method. Salient properties of theses procedure, including uniqueness, resolution, and minimum loss are considered.
