Abstract :
This paper studies the usability of the subway control center by analyzing the dispatch facilities, non-dispatch facilities, and the software applied. At first, an evaluation architecture for all these facilities has been proposed. Then the Logic Scoring Preference (LSP) method has been used for implementing the evaluation. Finally, a survey for the usability of a dispatching centre in Beijing using this evaluation system is conducted and the system usability rank is obtained. Based on this rank further improvements for the dispatching center are proposed.
