Abstract :
In this paper, the stability of neutral stochastic nonlinear systems with some variable delays is considered. By means of fixed point theory and Ito differential formula, the necessary and sufficient condition of asymptotic mean square stability theorem is derived. It is shown that the approaches developed here extend and improve the ideas presented in recent literatures.
