Abstract :
In this paper we analyze the impact of propagation model on modified version of OLSR Ad-Hoc routing protocol under different scenarios. The performance on OLSR and it´s modified version due to different physical propagation model plays an important role in Ad-Hoc network. The two ray ground model and shadowing model is used in different environments from low dense like urban area and highly dense like city area. The simulations carried over these routing protocols over different propagation model is used to analyze the performance like packet delivery fraction, delay, throughput, routing overhead, energy. Also this gives a brief insight on the best possible use of the OLSR routing protocol in context to propagation model characterization.
