A study of color and voice images of information provision in emaergency situation

Researchers make unceasing efforts to enhance safety through the years. Some researches are to prevent accidents or failures of systems and human errors. Others are to predict and prevent natural disasters. As a result we are materially affluent and safe. Nevertheless we can not completely eliminate any risk and insecurity in daily life. We have a lot of anxieties about economics problems, aging problems, heinous crimes, natural disaster and so on. Recently the psychological aspect of safety and security has gotten a lot of attention. Researchers have started to study about subjective sense of safety and security. In this paper we report two experiments about people´s feeling and image of information providing service in emergency situations. This time´s experiments are done for university students as the pre-experiment.
