Abstract
This paper outlines a strategy for readying radar tasks for an e-scan radar in a systematic way, fitting tasks into a task schedule characterised by a ´time-slice´ known as a resource allocation frame. A simulation tool has been created consisting of three major elements: a model of the radar system, a model of the environment within which the radar operates, and a set of data monitoring and recording functions to permit analysis of results.
