Abstract :
Through compiling the evaluation scale of the junior middle school teachers´ teaching ability in the classroom by ourselves, this study combines the methods of cluster sampling and typical sampling, and makes an evaluation towards 78 junior middle school teachers´ teaching ability in the classroom in Handan city. The conclusion is that the study has checked the reliability and the validity of the survey tools and the results have met the requirement of the surveying. The study has found that most of the junior middle school teachers has shortcomings on the aspects of teaching design ability, teaching implementation ability and the teaching evaluation ability. The suggestions and the strategies: The subjects of teacher´s education should be reasonably positioned, form an effective link, and improve the effectiveness and quality of the teacher´s education.
